At the ”QasConcept” Conference, the founder of ELPLANT, Mr. Aleksandar Arsic, presented a new MES (Manufacturing execution system), which resolution is based on Beckhoff equipment, IEC61131-3 standard,. Net, Micfrosoft Azure cloud, which is in line with the latest trends of Industry 4.0 – MESPLANT.

 

The most important modules of this system are:

• OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Utilization, TEEP (Total Effective Equipment Performance) monitoring. By using the results obtained the producers can generate the key indicators, reports and evaluations and present them to the operators and managers.
• Service management - Monitoring and storage of all activities connected with the system.
• Production management – Follow production, valid, rework and scrap products including waste monitoring.
• Energy consumption measurement – Following energy consumption for specific station.
