The new MES (Manufacturing execution system) resolution is based on Beckhoff equipment, IEC61131-3 standard, .Net, Microsoft Azure cloud, following the latest industrial trends 4.0.
Control, monitoring, analysis and improvement of production process.

The most important modules of the system are:
-OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Utilization, TEEP (Total Effective Equipment
Performance) monitoring. By using the results obtained, producers can generate the key indicators, reports and assessments to show to operators and managers.
-Service management – Monitoring and filing all activities regarding the service.
-Production Management – Monitoring production in real time including waste, finishing and consumption.

Biography:

Aleksandar Arsić completed the Master studies at the Electronics Faculty in Nis, branch for automatics. Upon graduation he began working at the International Company Soenen from Belgium, which has been producing hi-tech machines at the transformers industry for jobs of development of software for control, for putting machines into production process, and training for workers worldwide.

After 8 years he went to Company Vibac Balcani, which is a part of VIBAC Group from Italy as Main electrical engineer for maintenance of plant. In mid-2017 he founded his own company ELPLANT DOO, that is dealing with automation of processes in Industry, development of advanced software systems for controlling various processes following the most up-to-date trends in Industry 4.0.
