"Problem solving" - application of A3 report in problem solving
Short description of subject:
Implementation and introduction of "Problem solving" is one of IATF 16949 standards (request 10.2.3).
The aim of "Problem solving" implementation is to establish standardized methodology.
For resolution of problems in a structural and documented way, for defining of roles and responsibilities in the company, and in determining applicable tools and methods for resolving problems (“Why Why” analysis, Pareto diagram, Ishikawa diagram, “Benefit Effort” diagram, “Lesson Learned,” etc..)
A3 method represents method for problem resolution in a structural manner in 4 basic steps, which are listed in standardized A3 report.
The main goal of this method is to prevent repetition of the same problems, by eliminating the cause of the problem in a sustainable manner and initiates making of a card of lesson learned (“Lesson Learned Cards“).
Biography:
By profession she is Graduated Master Engineer of Management – quality management and integrated logistics’ support. I graduated as regular student in 2009, under mentorship of Prof. dr. Bata Kamberovic, at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, in Novi Sad. Upon graduation I was employed in a consulting company, and have worked as consultant for implementation of standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and HACCP system. After 6 months of working I passed exam of internationally recognized training for leading evaluator of the ISO 9001 standard, and nine months later for ISO 14001.
The result of my consulting work are more than 40 successfully completed projects of implementation of standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and HACCP system, and over 90 certification controls that were carried out in various companies: starting from furniture production, confectionary products, interior decoration, constructing companies, rafineries, commercial enterprises, to mills, silos and bakeries.
In 2012 I worked as manager of quality in Primar Tehno DOO company, in Maglic, and some of my duties were: to participate in resolving the customers complaints, in doing calculations of the cost of product, in creating production-term products, issuing work orders on the basis of workshop plans and blue prints, in monitoring the work results of milling machine workers, workers on the lathes, etc.
From 2013 I have been working in ContiTech Fluid Serbia DOO, company from Subotica, in the position of Engineer of integrated management systems. I am in charge for maintenance and advancement of integrated management systems: IATF 16949 requests for automobile industry, ISO 14001, ecological requests and OHSAS, requests for safe and healthy work environment. In addition, I am responsible for monitoring and implementation of specific clients requests, for preparation and participation in internal and external controls, and for implementation of “Problem Solving” method, i.e. methods and tools for improvement of quality.
