Short Description of Subject:

Presentation of Error proofing procedures within Cooper Standard Srbija d.o.o. Sremska Mitrovica, its links with internal and external requests, organization of Error proofing team, and presentation of ePokaYoke system for process management of Error proofing.

Biography:

Danijel Suhanji is APQP specialist for Cooper Standard Srbia, d.o.o. Sremska Mitrovica. He has joined the company almost since its very beginning in 2013 in Serbia. Some of his tasks are: management of APQP documentation, creation of procedures for the quality department, creation of electronic database/database within the company, management, calibration and analysis of measuring devices, Error proofing, Problem solving by using multidisciplinary methods, preparation and participation in IATF 6949 audits at the factory, and conducting internal audits.
He is electrical and cybernetics engineer & Specialist – Department of Electronics and telecommunication, by profession, and he has been engaged in the jobs related to quality since 2006.
By implementing his knowledge obtained at the studies, he has created several software tools, regarding management of quality (Problem solving, Error proofing, management of measuring devices’ equipment, SPC…).
