Beginning of the New Year is the right time to summarize impressions and results from the former year and to make plans for the current calendar year. It is our great pleasure to be able, though from a small time distance, to state that we have started a significant event for Serbia, and for the region.

The Conference Quality as Concept was held for the first time last year on October 5, and a large number of satisfied participants justified our expectations. More than 100 participants from Serbia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Macedonia, Germany etc., confirmed the need for holding such a Conference. The Conference „Quality as Concept 2018“ was based on experience and examples from the everyday routine regarding the use of tools for advancement of work, supported by 8 speakers from various industrial branches, who had presented their experience and challenges they had faced in implementation of models by which they strived to upgrade their businesses (Lean, SixSigma, Agile, Kaizen etc). Following the speeches, a discussion was held during which participants could ask questions related to the preceding speech, and mutual interaction of the participants in one-hour long breaks contributed to their better connection and exchange of experience and ideas.

It is by this way that we want to express our gratitude to all of the participants of the “Quality as Concept 2018” Conference, for it is their participation that has significantly contributed to the successful launch of the event, and pushed us to declare at the closing event of the Conference, October 4, 2019, the date of the next Conference.
