On 04th October 2019, late in the evening, the activities of the second "Quality as Concept" conference on a culture of continuous improvement and implementation of tools contributing to the same ended.
Judging from the completed surveys, the participants are very satisfied with the conference output, and in order to make good practice examples available to all interested parties, in the 2019/Knowledge Base section, one can download presentations from a 2019 conference.
